Ah Las Vegas, has a little of everything, including a ten foot high, giant licking cat head. Originally, first displayed on October 14th, 2014, and dedicated on November 6th, 2014, this sculpture located in the Arts District is of a tan cat with its eyes closed to slits and its tongue out as if it is licking something invisible standing in front of it. It wears a tag and a blue collar, and has a squished sphere for a body. The sculpture is called "Snowball in Vegas" and most people stand in front of Snowball pretending to have their head licked by the giant cat.

The tag on the collar states details about the sculpture along with the caption, "Snowball is a ten foot cat-head cleaning its paw, which is absent so that you, the Visitor, can act out a scenario of getting groomed by a giant feline. Visitors are invited to share their Snowball selfies and photos with Snoball on social media."

The cat is the artwork of Jesse Carson Smigel and it was inspired by Smigel's childhood feline. The sculpture is made out of styrofoam covered with a hard coat. It is the first sculpture for Las Vegas's First Street Art Trail which is suppose to one day connect to Fremont Street.
